HOW TO COOK
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat the chocolate, milk, sugar and cinnamon, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil, while stirring with a whisk for whipping round.Then remove from heat and pour into the pot of freshly brewed coffee and brandy (optional).
Remove the cinnamon stick.
In high heat, place the glasses orange peel, pour hot chocolate and dip in chocolate cinnamon stick for stirring.
INGREDIENTS
50 g of dark chocolate bars (not less than 70%), broken into pieces
225ml milk
1 tbsp. L. powdered sugar
1 cinnamon stick
300 ml of hot freshly brewed strong coffee
2 tbsp. L. brandy (optional)
some fresh orange zest
cinnamon sticks for decoration (optional)
cinnamon sticks in chocolate
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE RECIPE
Lower the cinnamon stick in the melted chocolate, let harden and use of the finished chocolate while stirring.
