HOW TO COOK
Eggplant cut into large strips.
Make a solution of 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon salt.
Eggplant mix well in saline, then drain the brine.
Fry separately in sunflower oil:
- Shredded eggplant;

- Finely chopped onion;
- Carrots into thin strips;
- Bell pepper half rings or cubes.
Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut the stalk. Can be cut into several pieces. Place in a large enamel pot and put on medium heat. When the tomatoes begin boiled soft, knead them tolkushkoy and add all the roasted vegetables, 1.5 tablespoons of salt and sugar.
Boil for 5 minutes, pour the vinegar, decomposed into prepared jars and roll.
Wrap well and leave to cool.
