HOW TO COOK
2.5 cups of cold milk and flour and mix well to combine. The rest of the milk and cream to warm, add the nuts, lemon zest and gradually pour, stir milk with flour. Add sugar, nutmeg and cook until thick. Pour into ice-cream bowls and chill. When submitting decorate and candied apple slices.


INGREDIENTS
5 cups milk 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup of chopped pistachios and hazelnuts, 2 tbsp.tablespoons flour, 1 cup sugar.
