HOW TO COOK
For the vanilla cream: 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp. spoon of starch, 1 tbsp. tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar
Prepare the cream: milk mixed with starch, add the butter, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Warming on a steam bath until a creamy consistency, then cool and beat.
Remove the apple core, put inside the nuts, raisins and vanilla cream. Baking dish grease, put it in the apples and bake for 30-40 minutes. Before serving, decorate the top of jam.

6 apples, 3 tbsp. chopped walnuts, 5-6 pieces. almonds, 3 tbsp. tablespoons raisins, 3 tbsp. tablespoons butter, 6 h. spoonfuls of jam or homemade jam currant.
