HOW TO COOK
Stir yeast with a small amount of warm milk for 1 hour. Liter.sugar, 1 tbsp. L. flour and put to ferment. Eggs, yolks and sugar to whip in a water bath until the mixture thickens, then, whisking, cool. Warm mass pour in the flour, add the fermented yeast and warm milk. Carefully knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands and the walls of the bowl. Gradually add the melted butter, raisins and chopped orange zest.

Dough knead well and leave to ferment. When the dough rise in the amount of two times, it is necessary to shift into a greased and floured form. When the dough is suitable one more time, you can grease the cake and bake. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Ready to cover the cake with glaze and sprinkle with fine caramel balls.
