HOW TO COOK
Pour the chicken pieces with a mixture of syrup, vinegar, oil, tomato paste, cherry brandy and soy sauce. Add salt, pepper and other spices. Mix well and marinate for 4 hours at room temperature.
Marinated chicken stew for half an hour. Then add the onion, mushrooms, raisins, almonds, green
pepper and celery and continue to simmer for another half hour. Serve with rice.

- Maple syrup - 1 cup
