HOW TO COOK
Liver little pepper and salt, roll in flour and fry. Vegetables: onions, mushrooms, sweet peppers cut into strips and combine liver, pour red wine, there also add 1 spoon of honey and cook over low heat until the wine has evaporated. The finished dish on a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
