HOW TO COOK
For the cream: 200 g sugar, 4 egg yolks, 100 ml of brandy, 250 g low-fat cheese (Adygea), 250 g low-fat cottage cheese. 1 cup of strong cold coffee, 2 tbsp. tablespoons cocoa.
