HOW TO COOK
In the heat-resistant glass cup sprinkle cocoa powder and add 1 tbsp. L. milk. With a wooden spoon, mix to a paste you.
The remaining milk or a mixture of milk and cream, pour into another pot, and with chili, bring to a boil. Then gently through a fine sieve, pour the boiling milk into the chocolate paste and stir
vigorously.
Pour into cups. Cool slightly (about 1 minute). Try it and if you want, add more sugar.
INGREDIENTS
2 hours. Liter. cocoa powder, sugar
600 ml of whole milk or milk mixed with 300 ml 300 ml nonfat cream
1 hr. Liter. ground (dry) chili or 0.5 hours. l chopped fresh chili peppers
sugar to taste (optional)
