HOW TO COOK
Pour into a cup 3 cup corn flour, pour 3-4 cups of boiling milk, stir until smooth and pour 3 cups of flour, pour 2 cups of cold milk mixed. Then cook for 15-20 grams of yeast and dissolve them in a glass of milk, pour into prepared pastry. Stir well, cover and allow to rise. When the dough is suitable, put 4 egg yolks, 3 tbsp. tablespoons butter, 1 tbsp. spoonful of salt, 1 cup sugar; stir and put the 4 beaten egg whites and 1 cup of whipped cream, gently stir again and put in a warm place to approach. When the rise as it should, bake in a pan.
