HOW TO COOK
Ham, potatoes, onions, prunes (some leave for decoration) eggs cut into strips.
On the platter are layered potatoes, onions, ham, prunes, walnuts, corn and eggs, covering each layer mayonnaise.
Arrange salad with walnuts, crab chips and greens.
