Sony has updated the start of last year's flagship Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact to version Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, and now earlier flagship Xperia Z2 (codenamed D65XX) began to receive the appropriate update (build 23.1.A.0.690).
Also, a new version of the operating system comes to tablets Xperia Z2 Tablet and Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact with Wi-Fi (SGP611, SGP612) and LTE (SGP621). As for the Xperia Z2 Tablet, at the moment only the version with Wi-Fi and 32 GB of internal memory (SGP512) has not yet received Lollipop, while for models with 16 GB of memory, as well as LTE and Wi-Fi (SGP521 and SGP511) the new firmware is available now.
It is worth noting that at this point the upgrade to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop devices Xperia Z series is not available in all regions.
