HOW TO COOK
Fry chopped almonds, candied chopped. Beat eggs with sugar, seasoning mix with the flour, lemon zest, chopped almonds and candied fruit, put in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Heat the oven to 175 °. Preheat a water knife to smear the dough into biscuits and ready to pass it on the baking sheet. Garnish with almonds and cherry halves. Bake for 15 minutes. Powdered sugar mixed with 4 tbsp. spoons of water and glaze it still hot cookies.
