HOW TO COOK
Cleaned and washed carrots cut into thin slices, put in a pan, pour 1/4 cup of water, add salt, sugar and simmer for 5-10 minutes. After that, pour the rice, add 5 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat for 40-50 minutes. Then, together with broth rub through a sieve 2 tbsp. Spoon the rice aside. Puree diluted with hot milk and salt to taste. Serve soup fill with oil and put the cooked rice. To serve the soup croutons.
