HOW TO COOK
Dough: 250 g white flour, a pinch of salt, 100 g butter, 2 tbsp. L.lard, 1 tbsp. L. melted butter
Filling: 300 g of cheese (you can tie different varieties), 2 tbsp. L.vegetable oil, ground hot red pepper on the tip of a knife, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup for milk and cream, 1 tbsp. L. flour 1/4 hours. liter. salt, a pinch of nutmeg.
