HOW TO COOK
Prepared, gutted carcass chicken incision along the abdomen.Begin to separate the meat with a knife from the chest bone, starting from the thoracic to the spine and from the spine to the legs, leaving only bone in the drumstick, and wings.
Meat cut into pieces salt and pepper, sprinkle with soy sauce.
For the filling cut ham (close-up), mushrooms, cut into four pieces. Add almonds, mayonnaise and chicken meat. From the resulting carcass weight, turning to give back the original shape, sewn with thread.
Grease the pan with oil and put it on the carcass back up. Fry in the oven at 200-220 degrees until done, basting chicken precipitated juice.
Serve with vegetables or fruit.
