HOW TO COOK
Select 10-12 medium-sized apples (preferably such varieties that are not boiled soft), cut off the tops and remove the core with seeds. 500 g veal 2 times mince and fry with 1 head finely chopped onion 5-6 Art. tablespoons of oil. Stuffing with salt and sprinkle with 0.5 tsp.
