HOW TO COOK
The flesh of beef rub with salt and pepper (black ground), peel the garlic (to taste). Cloves of garlic cut into thin plates, and then make cuts with a knife and put back plate of garlic, and so on throughout the piece of meat. Put larded with garlic meat in a cup, cover with a plate and 12 hours to put in the refrigerator.
