HOW TO COOK
Knead the dough (you can without yeast), a good roll, form a ball, and then spread on a plane form for baking or frying pan to a thickness of no more than 1 cm. Melt the butter in a small pan, add the flour and milk and keep on low heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Then put in a pot sour cream, grated cheese pour, beat eggs into it, add salt and pepper to taste, and add a bit of nutmeg. Mix. Pour mixture into baking dish on top of the dough. Cook in a cool oven (at a temperature of ~ 200 C) less than an hour, until a golden crust.

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs, a cup of sour cream, 200 g of cheese (the original recipe uses cheese comté, but you can use Swiss or any other without sharp taste), about 40 of butter for the filling and 100 g for the test, 3/4 cup milk , 200 g of flour for the dough and 1 teaspoon of flour for the filling, 1/2 cup of water to the test.
