HOW TO COOK
Veal Fillet With bulbs and braised lettuce.
Remove the outer leaves, wash and thoroughly dry the lettuce fine. Fry tender veal fillet on both sides until brown. Add the cubes of bacon, unpeeled cloves of garlic and onions.
