HOW TO COOK
Meat clear of films and tendons, cut into pieces, put in boiling water (so that the water just covers the meat) and cook at low boil until tender. Time of cooking, add the onion, carrot.
Once the meat is cooked, put the bay leaf, pepper, salt and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
Cooked meat cut into pieces, put in a deep saucepan, impose on all sides by pre-peeled apples, pour the prepared milk sauce and bake in the oven.
Preparation of the sauce: in a hot saute the flour stirring continuously pour hot milk diluted with water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Chopped onions lightly fried with fat, add to milk sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chill out and bring in a blender until mushy state (or rub through a sieve).
