HOW TO COOK
Meat and squid cut into slices, sweet pepper - diced. Chop the onion and garlic. Meat, squid, shrimp fry in oil and lay out. Onion, garlic and bell pepper sauté in the remaining fat. Add the rice, peas, spices, pour in the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. add meat, squid, shrimp, season with saffron and simmer another 10 minutes. Serve and garnish with sprigs of greenery on request.
