HOW TO COOK
Cut tomatoes into slices, a little salt and pepper and arrange on a platter. Garlic pass through the press and rub them every slice of tomato. Processed cheese to grate on a coarse or fine (optional) grater and put it on top of the tomatoes.
Each slice of tomatoes and cheese pour mayonnaise, once again pepper (capsicum) and garnish with parsley or dill leaves.
