HOW TO COOK
First, prepare the marinade, which pour vinegar into the water, add sugar, salt, bay leaf, allspice and put on fire. Boil for 3-4 minutes and cool. Cut into thin rings of onion, put in a porcelain dish and pour the marinade, then place in a cool place. Prepare the squid: remove them from the film, rinse in cold water and place in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. After that, cool and cut into thin strips, add the vegetable oil. Put in a bowl, pour the marinade, place on top of pickled onions.
